1 Introduction

This project is configured for:

• Quarto manuscript authoring with .qmd files.
• Jupyter notebooks included as project computations.
• Publishing from GitHub to Posit Connect Cloud.
• Reproducible notebook execution on MyBinder.

The computational workflow is documented in the notebook set:

These notebooks are discoverable from the manuscript website and can be downloaded by readers.

3 Data Stewardship

This starter project follows reproducibility-oriented practices aligned with FAIR principles (Wilkinson et al. 2016).

4 Reproducibility Notes

Package dependencies are pinned in requirements.txt and Python runtime is pinned in runtime.txt.
